Patient Financial Specialist
The PFS will be responsible for collecting from both patient and insurance, will verify patient insurance, read/explain EOB’s to patients, process refunds/adjustments, and will resubmit claims and secure reimbursements. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in medical collections and be able to multi-task. Must have extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
Registered Nurse
The RN will handle phone triage. Will work with infertility patient cycles and schedule labs and testing procedures. Must have current RN license. Must have a minimum of one year OB/GYN experience. Infertility experience preferred.
Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care to patients acting as an assistant to physicians in the clinic following established standards and practices.
OB/GYN – Infertility experience preferred.
Must be graduated of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
Must have at least three years professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
Must posses a State Registered Nurse license. ANA certification. CPR certification.
Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant will assist physician with office procedures, vital signs, fetal heart tones, phone triage, call in prescriptions and lab results, schedule surgery and ancillary procedures. Need to be people oriented, energetic, well spoken and ability to provide good customer service. Must have at least one-year OB/GYN experience.
Must have an M.A certification or equal experience.
Floater/Transcription & Clerical for Breast Center
Cover anywhere in the Breast Center, including transcription, ultrasound and mammography assistant, file room.
Will help radiologist and director. Must have at least 5 years in transcription and other duties in radiology department.
PRN-UST OR MA with UST Capability
Perform ultrasound duties on a PRN basis for infertility office. Needs to know how to perform follicle scans and large OB scans.
LVN
Perform phone triage duties, schedule surgeries, ancillary procedures, call prescriptions, complete pre-cert forms.
Must have at least one year OB/GYN office experience, Knowledge of OBGYN medications and procedures
Must have experience with ICD-9 and CPT coding.
Medical Tech – Med Lab Tech
The MT or MLT performs laboratory test in one or more areas of the laboratory. The Tech analyze result to the Medical Staff to aid in the diagnosis and threat of the patient
Bachelor's Degree in basic science required for MT.
Associate Degree from an accredited program required for MLT.
MT (ASCP) Certified Medical Technologist.
