Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. Our staff are bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your medical records.
The staff at OGA abide strictly by the HIPPA.
The staff at OGA will not release the contents of your medical file without your consent.
What should I expect during my first visit?
The best and only way to find out which treatment is right for you, is to consult our doctors who will listen to your needs, examine you and provide you with educated advice.
They will also tell you what you need to know about the treatment you are interested in, or recommend another to meet your needs and goals.

What are your acceptable means of
payment?
Bank check, personal check, cash or credit cards (MasterCard,
VISA) are acceptable means of payment. For added convenience, We
also have online bill payment facility.

The costs of surgery relate to
- Surgeon and assistant surgeon
- Anesthetist
- Hospital
- Ancillary charge (pharmacy, non-rebated instruments etc.)
Our office can advise you on all matters relating to the financial
costs of the other people involved in your care.
For
your convenience, each OGA physician has a patient financial
specialist to assist you with any insurance questions and
provide financial options.
