Laser Hair Removal
Long term, permanent hair reduction is achieved using the Candela GentleEase
Plus Laser. This laser safely removes unwanted body hair without damaging
the delicate pores and structures of the skin. A coolant is sprayed on
the skin at the time of the laser pulse for increased comfort. Facial
and bikini areas are very popular treatment areas and can be completed
in ten to twenty minutes.
Microdermabrasion
This unique skin rejuvenation technique uses a highly controlled vacuum
and gentle pressure to
move microscopically abrasive crystals over the surface of the skin. This
action gently removes the dull, outer layer of dry and dead skin cells,
leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother and looking younger. The
procedure is performed by our licensed Aesthetician, who will analyze
your skin type and outline a recommended treatment plan. This treatment
is commonly called "The Lunchtime Peel"
BOTOX®
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent, injected
with a very fine needle, into the facial muscles that cause visible signs
of aging and stress. The agent causes the muscles to relax and the overlying
skin remains smooth and unwrinkled. The treatment is effective and safe,
and takes approximately 10 minutes. The effects usually last for 3 to
4 months, after which you will notice a gradual return to the pre-treatment
state.
Permanent Make-up
Permanent eye make up defines and enhances your natural appearance
for a radiant, carefree look that can't be duplicated with cosmetics.
Pigment is rnicrosurgically placed into the second layer of skin using
a sterile application system and local anesthesia. The results are immediate
and "permanent', lasting anywhere from 3-5 years.
PhotoRejuvenation
Now age spots. sun-spots, freckles, birthrnarks, rosacea and other
unsightly discolorations of the skin can be safely eliminated using the
PhotoDerm PL. This advanced technology generates intense pulsed light,
which safely reduces melanin, the dark pigment in the skin. The result
is that pigmented lesions fade and slowly disappear. A series of treatments,
ranging in number from 1 to 4, will be necessary depending on the individual,
and the type of lesion being treated.
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the treatment of unsightly and painful varicose and
spider veins using a sclerosing agent that is injected into the vein with
a tiny needle. The solution acts to cause irritation and corrosion of
the walls of the vein, which eventually shrinks and disappears. Several
treatments may be required and the best results are achieved when compression
stockings are worn for several weeks following the treatment.
