OGA once again came through and ran with some awesome times and great
community spirit at the 2nd Annual Run for the Rose 2004. Kudos to Dr.
Anding, Dr. Smith , Dr. Ramos, Lynne Updegraff and Nelda Kerr who all
dropped time from the Sprint for Life race just two weeks ago!!! OGA's
team received a big push from a very fast Kevin Anding who came with
Dad and will now be an official 5k runner for OGA!
Many thanks to Trina Taylor (Pre-Cert), Gabby Garza (Dr. I. Smith),
Lupe' Pettit (Dr. Leeds-Richter), and Celeste Urdiales (Charge Entry)
who walked with pride in their OGA T-shirts.
Good times and new friends were made when OGA "kids" ran in
the 1k
Family Race and took part in the after-race fun events.
In addition to having a good time, OGA helped the Houston community
raise over $250,000 for brain cancer research. Marnie's family praised
OGA and other sponsor's on Ch. 13 (ABC) during last night's newscast.
